    No one wants to get melted fudge. And if you do...why? That's weird (unless it's our spread). So we ensure that you get your fudge as it was intended - not melted. We can't control the weather, but we can control how we treat you. And we will treat you like family. 🤎

    We offer a variety of different shipping options to get fudge where it needs to go, when it needs to be there. It gets hot in Texas, so sometimes we limit shipping to next day. This gives the products you ordered their best chance against the Texas heat. 🔥

  • For The Locals

    You live in or around San Antonio, TX? Lucky you! We offer in-store pickup AND local delivery within a 30 mile radius of our store. So if you hangout within 30 miles of The Alamo, then choose one of those options after you enter your address at checkout. 🤠

My product arrived melted! What do I do???

We're very sorry to hear that! Take a photo as soon as you can (within 24 hours) and email it to support@safudgeco.com. Please include your order number in the subject line. We will make it right!

Can I return the product(s) I purchased?

Please send an email to support@safudgeco.com. We can't accept returned consumable items, but we do want to find out why you'd like to make a return and see how we can make it right!

What if my order was delivered, but it sat outside for too long and melted?

We strongly advise you order either on a day someone will be available to accept delivery or to a location someone will be available (like your workplace). Products left outside are not eligible for replacement. If this does happen, then let us know via support@safudgeco.com, and we will see what we can do.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

To prevent melting, we may hold your order and ship Monday–Wednesday to avoid it sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Questions? Email us anytime at support@safudgeco.com.

When will I receive my local delivery order?

Local deliveries are delivered next day between 10am and 4pm CST Monday-Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.

I'm local to y'all. Can I come by and try some samples before placing an order?
